Refund policy

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@polygirlofficial.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What’s your return policy? 

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@polygirlofficial.com.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? 

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for size or color. All Poly Girl pieces are made to order through a print-on-demand process, meaning each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accommodate size or color exchanges after purchase.

If you’re unsure which size would fit best, please refer to the size chart included on every product page before ordering.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was misprinted or mislabeled. If that happens, please contact us at info@polygirlofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Each Poly Girl item is made to order, meaning production begins specifically for you as soon as your order is placed. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered fulfillment, which typically begins within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us at info@polygirlofficial.com as soon as possible after placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes once production has started, we’re always happy to review your request and help when possible.
